• As a natural born 'catasrophizer' and 'awfulizer' I envy your highly successful approach to life. I have done my best to take it to heart. Not only did I purchase the nose & glasses, as recommended, but I keep them jammed into my car vent-staring at me every mile. They are my reminder to lighten-up and ease off the pedal. As the full time mother of 3 active boys my car is often my stress trigger. When I am running late and feeling stressed behind the wheel I am able to slip the glasses out of the vent and wear them to my destination to remind me of your wisdom.
  Seems that there is no place to attach a picture so you'll just have to take my word for it. It is great therapy and I am so grateful to you. Thank you and continued success reaching all of us crazies. Jennifer Fast
