• Hello Loretta,
  
  I was listening to you on PBS one day when I was on the couch. I was spending most of my days on the couch or in bed in those days, and you helped me so much. You didn't get me off the couch that day, but you helped me begin to change my thinking. That was something I could control, and when I finally got the meds to help me function better, my mindset was ready to go. I don't live my life on the couch anymore...

  That is great that you have found the strength to get off the couch!
  Look within and find your courage, integrity and compassion for yourself and others. Kick up your heels or slippers before you're too short to wear them!
