Bi-Polar and laughing

After more than ten years of cyclical, chronic depression, last year I was diagnosed with Bi-Polar Type II. Learning to cope with the diagnosis was definately worse than learning to manage the illness. Since being diagnosed, I have researched, attended workshops, researched, met with doctors, researched attended meetings and, did I mention, researched some more. Many of the tips taught for managing my illness, are many of the same things I have heard in your lectures. BYW, not only does natural sunlight and laughter raise seratonin levels, so do eggs! (just a bit of trivia...lol) Your lectures have been a saving grace, teaching me how to laugh at myself, the stigmas associated with mental illness and the world at large. Your lectures have gone beyond the laughter though in teaching me how to accept and love the person I am. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
