• so i would like a little help in relaxing so im not so stressed. im only 23 years old and it seems like i carry the world on my shoulders. my boyfriend doens't know what to do to help me anymore. i am going to counseling. i take medicine for depression, i work, i like to hang out with my family. but m boyfriend is 35 years old. he says im the cause of his stress because im stressing. he says i used to be a happy go lucky girl now i am just grumpy and hardly smile anymore. could you help me a little on this one?
